Our returns policy is 7 days from the date of delivery. Log in to your account and go to ‘"Return Item", click "Return your products now" and select the items you wish to return. It can then take up to 15 days for your refund to be fully processed.
Return shipping is free of charge.
We have a 7 day returns policy! You can send any item (not damaged) back to us FREE of charge within 7 days of the delivery date.
We reserve the right to refuse a return due to damage or upon grounds of hygiene. If return is refused due to these reasons the item will be returned to you from our warehouse and the refund will not be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If an item is damaged or defective, you can file a complaint with us. To process this, we would need: A brief description about how the damage/defect has arisen. 5 informative pictures, with a description, for documentation purposes. The defect must be clearly visible on at least one of the images. In addition, we would need complete photos of the product e.g. one from the front and one from the back. You can send the pictures via email to email@example.com. We kindly recommend you to use either JPG, png or JPEG format when sending your pictures. Once we receive the photos, we will review your request as quickly as possible. You will receive feedback from us within a few days on how to proceed.
All products sold on our website are genuine. We only trade with reputable manufacturers who provide the highest quality of products to our customers.

Don't worry - as long as your parcel hasn't been picked & packed in our warehouse, you'll have the option of cancelling your order. To cancel your order:

- Click on view/cancel order
- Click on "Cancel order" and follow the steps on screen
After your order has been completed, you will see a page showing your order and payment details. Shortly after you complete your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email. You can also sign in to your account and check your recent orders under 'My Account' and 'My Orders'.
If the item you are looking for is out of stock, you can register to receive a notification. To do this, click on ‘Notification’ and enter your name and email address. If the product is restocked, we'll send you an automatic email to let you know. This email will not reserve the item so if you are still interested then its best to act quickly in case it sells out again.
